Welcome to Astrologico! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, services, and software. This terms of service applies to www.astrologico.org (hereinafter, "us", "we", or Astrologico) and all related domains and subdomains unless explicitly stated.

By using our website, services and software, you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, Astrologico owns the intellectual property rights for all published material, texts and source code on our websites and all intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may not republish, redistribute, sell, rent, embed, frame or sublicense any material from Astrologico without our explicit permission.

You are allowed to post our material in blogs and social media as long as you give the due credit and supply a link back to our website.

You are allowed to write about and provide links to our websites and services as long as it is not in any way deceptive, hateful or damaging to our reputation and we reserve the right to pursue legal action against all forms of defamation and moral damages.

Astrologico is a registered company operating in Brazil in accordance to Brazilian laws, therefore, you agree that the laws of Brazil will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, our websites and services.

Consulting Services and Purchases

In order to purchase our consulting services, you must to understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Astrology is a tool that can help relieve human suffering. Through it, we are able to provide information that you can use to navigate life and obtain benefits in your health, career, relationships and more, and we do our best to provide accurate and meaningful information in order to help you achieve your goals. However, life unfolds differently for everyone and highly depends on your past, present and future choices and actions, therefore, we cannot guarantee exact outcomes, predictions or results and we are not responsible for the choices you make and/or their results at any point in time, regardless of following, or not, our recommendations.

Astrology can only be as accurate as your birth information and you are responsible for providing it. We require your (or the receiving person's) exact birth time down to the minute. If you are unable to provide such exactness, we recommend going through the process of Birth Rectification (contact us for recommendations). A margin of error of 10-15 minutes is acceptable but you assume the risks of possibly receiving wrong or misleading information

Although Astrology can provide health insights and recommendations, it does not replace proper medical or psychological counseling nor any other type of therapy or medical advice and we are not licensed psychologists nor health care professionals.

Generally we cannot guarantee specific dates for delivering your material and scheduling your sessions but we have a history of 100% delivery rate and 99% delivery on schedule, including urgent requests.

If by any chance there is a divergence in pricing, the correct pricing is the one you receive by e-mail.

By purchasing and successfully completing a payment, you understand and agree to all of the above and all other sections of this Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Consulting services can be cancelled and fully refunded (100% refund except transfer fees and taxes) within 24 hours of payment, as long as no material has been delivered and no sessions have been scheduled.

Afterwards, and until 7 days before a scheduled session, services can be canceled and partially refunded (80% refund except transfer fees and taxes) as long as no preparation work has begun and no material delivered. Otherwise, if we have already started working on your order, have already delivered any material, or a session was scheduled for within 7 days, a refund will NOT be possible.

For regular chart readings and similar services we do not require long preparations, but for Solar Revolution with Relocation, Transits, and other similar services, we may begin preparing your order much earlier, especially when urgency is requested.

All consulting services can be rescheduled free of charge if rescheduling is requested at least 24 hours before a scheduled session, otherwise extra charges may apply.

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our own discretion (100% refund except transfer fees and taxes).

Terms and Conditions Changes

We reserve the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice, so be sure to occasionally re-check this page for updates as the continued use of our websites and services will imply your consent to the updated Terms and Conditions.
